1、物权法学习心得体会精选范文:物权法学习心得体会(共2篇)从XX年7月版本《物权法》（草案）到XX年3月正式公布的《中华人民共和国物权法》（以下分别简称“草案”和《物权法》）之间的审议演变过程中，许多条款有了很大的变动。通过观察、研判这些变动痕迹，可以反映出立法者的立法宗旨和原意。非常值得我们学习、分析、研究。   通过观察“草案”和《物权法》中第六章内容之变动，发现了许多值得关注之处。在此提出来谈谈个人的认识和体会，供大家参考。   1.“草案”中使

2、用了“业主会议”和《物权法》中使用了“业主大会和业主委员会”名词，二者对同一个“主体”所使用的名称不相同。《物权法》使用后者更贴近实践。   2.“草案”中第八十七条“可以以业主会议的名义提起诉讼、申请仲裁…”内容，被《物权法》删除了。《物权法》第八十三条保留了“业主对侵害自己合法权益的行为，可以依法向人民法院提起诉讼”。《物权法》的这一修改，取消了“草案”中“业主会议”organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumbero
