1、一、工程概况：百环家园2区5号楼，工程位于朝阳区广渠路南侧，西邻东三环，工程原址为北京人民机器厂大院；该工程结构设计为全现浇剪力墙，地上28层，地下两层，总建筑面积约为38000平方米。5号楼设室外施工电梯一部，安装高度85m。施工电梯的平面位置详下图:二、施工要求：（一）施工电梯基础做法如下：1、基础垫层以下回填土进行再处理，要求垫层以下回填土无杂物严格遵照《回填土技术交底》进行300mm分层蛙式打夯机打夯回填，回填密实，确保地基坚实。做150mm厚3：7灰土垫层，使用蛙式打夯机夯打五遍以上。打夯时必须一夯压半夯，夯夯相连，行行相连
