1、卧式专用攻丝机床设计50摘要在工业高速发展的现代化浪潮中,各种机械设计和制造业中,专用机床的应用越来越广泛,越来越转化为生产力,从这个意义上讲,对专用机床的研究具有重要的现实意义。本课题是针对某型号汽车变速箱箱体设计一台卧式专用攻丝机床。所设计的机床需完成对箱体端面6个M10-6H孔的攻丝这一道工序。经过设计计算完成了机床总体方案的确定,切削用量的计算,合理的选择刀具,及着重设计计算专用机床的多轴箱,并校核传动部件。绘制机床尺寸联系图,多轴箱装配图和多轴箱体加工图。使设计的机床结构简单、使用方便、效率高、质量好。关键词:专用机床,通用部件,机床尺寸联
