2、以为常。这不仅耗费了大量的人力、物力、财力，而且效率低、时效性差、容易出错，不利于企业长期稳定、高效的发展。而应用新型的办公自动化系统能够将人从繁琐、无序、低序、低端的工作中解放出来从事核心事务，整体提高了企业办事的工作效率和对信息的可控性，很好地规范并改进了现有的企业管理，降低了办公成本，提高了执行力，使管理趋于完善，企业更具有竞争力。整个系统采用模块化开发方式。采用ASP.NET（动态网页制作技术）、MicrosoftSQLServer2008数据库平台、VisualC#，结合了B/S模式结构、JavaS
3、cript等技术来实现。本论文主要介绍了课题为企业OA办公管理系统的背景与意义，使用的相关技术与平台，并在企业办公自动化需求分析基础上，设计并实现了该系统。系统包括人事管理、考勤管理、文档管理、日程管理、系统管理、消息传递和新闻通知的功能。重点说明了OA办公管理系统设计的需求分析、设计方法、核心技术和解决方案。关键词：OA系统，办公自动化，工作流程IIAbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofinformationscienceandtechnology,OfficeAutomatio
