2、结果与人的经验有关,经验不足可能导致某些陶瓷釉面分类不正确,分级不合理,从而影响卫生陶瓷产品质量的准确定位。因此,转变评价方式,提高评价效率和准确性,实现陶瓷釉面评价的自动化对于提高陶瓷产品质量定位的准确性和我国陶瓷企业自动化水平具有重要意义。本文对卫生陶瓷产品釉面质量综合评价系统软件关键技术进行了研究,以C#语言开发评价管理等模块;采用Matlab编程开发图像预处理、综合评价等模块;利用组件实现VisualC#与Matlab混合编程;软件程序初步完成图像的采集、分析、评价等模块功能;经过测试软件实
