1、施工现场安全生产管理制度为了贯彻执行“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，保证职工生产工作中的人身财产安全和健康，特制定本制度。一、进入施工现场的人员必须正确佩戴和使用个人劳动保护用品。不准赤脚、赤膊、穿拖鞋、高跟鞋。二、施工现场的一切安全防护设施齐全有效，不准拆改和擅作他用。非本工种人员严禁动用各类机械电器设备，特殊工种必须持证上岗。三、现场人员严禁攀登脚手架、井字架、外用电梯等，禁止打闹、酒后作业，高空作业人员严禁向下抛扔任何物件，防止意外事故发生。四、职工安全教育率达100%，经考试合格后方可上岗，对变换工种、换岗及新入场工人、临时参加生产人员，应视同新工人一
