3、investigationandreasons,inrecentyears,publicservants'dutyconsumptioncausedbytheabusesandnotapersonofintegrity,isoneofthemajorproblemsinthepartyinGovernment,itsoperationorderhaveanegativeeffectonthepartyandGovernmentorgans,seriouslydamagingtheimageofthepartyandtheGovernment,u
4、nderminingtherelationshipbetweenpartyandthemasses,effect,openingupandeconomicconstruction.FromICountyinrecentyearsofgovernancesituationsee,positionsconsumptionintheproducedof"twonot"phenomenonrenderingfourafeatures:aispositionsconsumptionsystemlosthasdueofbinding,rightisgrea
5、terthanrules,andrightisgreaterthanmethodofphenomenonmorehighlight;IIisinpositionsconsumptionintheCameraObscuraoperation,usingterms,willpositionsconsumptionintohaspersonalconsumption,willcorporatepointstointopersonalpointsto,makespositionsconsumptioninsomeaspectshasintopositi
6、onsenjoyandself-dealingofmeans;threeistopositionsconsumptionforname,fraud,falseimpersonator,Trendofnegativecorruptionphenomenasuchascorruptionandmisappropriation;fourpalaces,followthefashion,rivalries,wasteful,andpostconsumptionbecameasymbolofshowingofftheirindividualcapacit
