1、毕业论文题目德邦物流发展现状及前景分析摘要近年来，随着国民经济的飞速发展，中国物流业的市场需求持续扩大。物流行业也成不断增长态势，物流体系不断完善，然而由于中国物流行业起步较晚，行业运行还有许多不成熟之处，大多都是中小民营物流企业，竞争力明显不足。.另外再加上近两年国际物流巨头不断开拓我国物流市场，我国物流企业更面临严峻的形势，因此充分认识当前我国民营物流业发展现状及问题，找出适合我国民营物流业发展的策略有非常重要的意义。本文主要选取民营物流代表性企业（德邦物流）为研究对象，通过对德邦物流的SWOT分析，发现其主要存在
2、运作体系薄弱，管理体制不完善；运营费用支出较大；物流管理人才缺乏；物流技术水平较低，物流设施利用不足，信息化建设亟待提高等问题。而且这些问题也是我国中小民营物流企业普遍存在的问题。对德邦物流上述存在问题的探讨和解决，可以使德邦物流企业认清当前的形势，也为我国第三方物流企业的发展提供借鉴。关键词：第三方物流；德邦物流；SWOT分析；物流信息化AbstractInrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentofnationaleconomy,China'slogisticsindustrycont
