5、aduallybeingphaseddevelopmentandimprovement,andtoothercountriesandadoptedbyUnitedNationsagencies.IntheU.S.,therearetwokindsofillegalevidenceexclusionruleUnderstanding:AviolationoftheU.S.FederalConstitutionrefersonlytoexcludetheFourthAmendmentunlawfular
6、rest,searchandseizureofevidenceobtained,mainlyreferringtophysicalevidence;anotherthattheexclusionaryruleContentlimitedto‘objects’exclusion,butalsounlawfullyobtainedconfessionsandotherstatementsofexclusion,thatincludesnotonlyviolatestheFourthAmendment,b
