4、eownership；（3）jointlyoperatedenterprises；（4）Chinese-foreignequityjointventures，Chinese-foreigncontractualjointventuresandforeign-capitalenterprisesestablishedwithintheterritoryofthePeople’sRepublicofChina；（5）privatelyoperatedenterprises；（6）otherenterprisesrequiredbythelawtoregisteraslegalper

5、sons.Article3ThoseenterprisesapplyingforregistrationaslegalpersonsshallbegivenBusinessLicensesforEnterprisesasLegalPersonsandthestatusoflegalpersonswhentheirapplicationsforregistrationhavebeenexaminedandapprovedbytheauthoritiesinchargeoftheregistrationofenterprisesaslegalpersonsandtheirlegit
