1、集团公司保密制度第一章总则第一条．为保守公司秘密，维护公司权益，特制定本制度。第二条.公司秘密是关系公司发展和利益，不为公众所知悉，具有实用性并经公司采取保密措施的技术信息和经营信息，依照特定程序确定，在一定时间内只限一定范围的人员知悉的事项。第三条.对公司的秘密事项，全体员工都负有保密义务，并有权制止一切泄露公司秘密的行为。第四条.凡本公司员工，在任职期间内应遵守本制度。任职期间包括试用期。第二章保密范围第五条.经营信息1、公司经营发展决策中的秘密事项；2、人事决策中的秘密事项；3、公司尚未付诸实施的经营战略、经营方向、经营规划、经营项目及经营决策；

4、ditinvestigations,surveysandanalysisofthecreditbusinesspeople.ArticlecreditmentionedinthesemeasuresreferstotableprovidedtocustomersbothinsideandoutsideoftheBank'screditbusiness,includingforeigncurrencyloans,tradefinance,bankacceptances,commercialbilldiscounting,guarantees,factor
5、ing,credit,loancommitment,guaranteeandothercreditoperations,excludingclientcreditbusiness.Priortothechengdaiinvestigationintothefourtharticlethisreferstocreditbeforethereview,investigatorsbyobtaining,verification,analysisandsecurityaspectsofthesituation,evaluationandrevealsthepo
6、ssiblecreditrisksandtoproposepreventivemeasures.Articlefifthduediligenceinthesemeasuresreferstothepersoninthepre-loaninvestigationproceduresfulfillingthemostbasicduediligencerequirements.Articlesixthofthemselves,pre-loaninvestigatorsrelativesorotherinterestedpersontoapplyforthec
