4、oldingcompanieswith11complexorganizationalstructuresandcontrolrelationships,theiradoptedintegrationmodeofoperation,whichgreatlyenhancedthecompany’sabilitytorespondtofinancialrisk,andrelated-partytransactionswithinenterpriseshasbecomeacapitaloperation,assetmanagementandfinancialrest
5、ructuringandoperationofanimportantformofcarrier,butisarelated-partytransactionsdouble-edgedsword,ithasbothapositiverole,butalsohaveanegativeimpactontheonehand,relatedpartytransactionstoreducetheuncertaintyofthetransaction,savingtransactioncosts,whileenhancingthecompetitivenessofthe
