3、emperatureandtheeffectofmagneticfieldsismoreobviousattemperaturesbelow130K,atwhichspincantingstateappearsinLa1/8C/8MnO3.AnegativemagnetoresistancewasfoundinthisheavilyCa—dopedmanganiteheterojunctionduetothemajorityspincarriers(MASCs)transportatthemang

6、hysicsandpotentialapplications,suchasmagnetictunnelingjunctionsandp一凡typeheterojunctions.II1theheterojunctionscomposedofLa1一CaMnO3andNb—dopedSrTiO3(SNTO),themagnitudeandsignofMRofthejunctionsaredeterminedbythebandstructureofthemanganiteatthemanganite—
