4、咨询单位咨询的业务（以下简称本业务）概况如下：工程名称：高新区学术交流中心建设和装饰工程工程地点：高新经济开发区工程规模：22250m2总投资额：工程造价咨询业务范围：施工阶段的全过程造价控制、过程割算、整体工程结算审计，并提供有关工程造价信息、协助部分材料及零星项目的询价、定价。二、本合同中的措词何用语与所属工程造价咨询合同条件及有关附件同义。三、下列文件为本合同的组成部分；1、工程造价咨询委托函；2、工程造价咨询合同标准条件；3、工程造价咨询合同专用条件；masslineofthepartyconstructionofeducationsys

7、formofthecadreandpersonnelsystem,alwaysadheretocorrectdirectionofpersonnel,implementregulationsoncadreselection154、工程造价咨询实施过程中共同签署的补充与修正文件。四、工程造价咨询单位同意，按照本合同的规定，承担本合同专用条件中议定范围内的工程造价咨询业务。五、委托方同意按照本合同注明的期限、方式、币种，向工程造价咨询单位支付酬金。六、本合同的工程造价咨询业务自双方签字盖章后开始实施至工程竣工验收审计完成后结束。七、本合同正本一式两份
