1、辽宁石油化工大学实习设计本专业班级:焊接0932姓名:苑永生学号:0920883202实习、设计名称:耐热钢压力容器(换热器)的焊接生产实习、设计地点:辽宁石油化工大学实习、设计时间:2011年9月日至2011年10月12日指导教师:郭淑娟闫伟成绩:评阅人:27前言为强化所学专业知识,使之能融会贯通,学以致用,所以进行了此次课程设计,用以提升学生专业能力,为不久的就业工作做准备。本次课程设计是对压力容器的焊接结构生产进行分析设计,以15CrMoR珠光体耐热钢作为母材,对换热器(加热器)的筒体环焊缝的焊接生产进行分析研究。此次设计涉及多种焊接相关知识,如焊接结构、焊接

2、材料、焊接方法、焊接工艺制定及焊接工艺卡的编制等各方面内容,较为全面的概括了所学的知识,使之与生产实践相接轨,所以做好此次设计能为以后的工作打下良好的基础。在设计过程中,本人在图书馆参阅了相关的许多资料与书籍,并得到了郭淑娟老师、严伟老师的指导与帮助,对此,作者表示深切的谢意。鉴于编者水平有限,本次设计中难免会出现一些错误和需要改进的地方,恳请指导老师批评指正。苑永生2011年10月27目录1、课程设计目的与要求··········································51.1设计目的····························
