3、失和苋菜硝酸盐含量及品质的影响研究[摘要]采用盆栽试验,研究了尿素添加DMPP(3,4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐)硝化抑制剂)和尿素添加有机肥和DMPP后对土壤氮素流失及苋菜硝酸盐含量及品质的影响。结果表明,在40d内,与常规尿素和尿素添加有机肥相比,添加DMPP硝化抑制剂的处理可以降低土壤中硝酸盐含量,使硝态氮的累积流失量分别降低61.2%和40.8%,氨氮流失量提高10.6%和11.2%,无机氮降低50.6%和32.5%,减轻氮素向水体迁移的风险;同时添加DMPP硝化抑制剂的处理,能有效控制苋菜中硝酸盐积累,使苋菜硝酸盐含量
