1、陕西延长石油集团横山魏墙煤业有限公司安全生产管理标准化班组建设活动实施方案为了进一步加强公司安全生产管理工作，逐步推进安全质量标准化建设，进一步提高班组建设的安全水平，增强班组的凝聚力、执行力和战斗力。根据矿业公司《关于开展安全生产管理标准化班组创建活动的通知》陕油矿安发[2014]19号文件要求，结合公司实际，特制定安全生产标准化班组建设活动实施方案。 一、指导思想  坚持“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的安全生产方针，以落实公司安全生产主体责任，建立自我完善、持续改进的安全生产长效机制为目标，突出重点、狠抓关键、以点带面、稳步推进，全面开展公司安全生产标准化活动，夯

2、实公司安全生产基础，提高公司本质安全水平，促进公司安全生产安全平稳发展。 二、创建范围及目标 （一）创建范围：魏墙煤业公司各部门、区队、各参建单位（二）创建目标：1、建立班组安全自律机制，规范班组安全行为，提高班组安全自控能力，养成自觉的安全操作习惯，打造“危险预知、隐患可控、机制运行有效、事故为零”sectionoftheDepartmentofprojectmanagement;Projectdocumentsandinformation:ProjectEngineeringDepartment;Materialsandequipment:materialsuppl
