6、,比水轻、能漂浮在水面“天然泡沫”组成。九十年代末期,被当时从事工业植物油生产与加工的企业家陈先生高度重视,在上报和申请云南省地质局鉴定后,得知该“泡沫山”为硅藻土原生矿,其核定储量为1.9亿吨。为了利用这些硅藻土,陈先生自费出资组建了“硅藻土开发项目科研小组”。在云南省科委的大力支持下,经科委离退休专家长期研究,于二零零一年成功研制成环保型硅藻土“净水剂”。由于该净水剂的净水效果达到饮用水标准,且为物理净水无二次污染,因此获得中国国家发明专利!在此之前,科研小组从硅藻土的一般特性出发,研制出硅藻土“特殊用途建筑新型建材
7、”,其生产制作工艺简单、用途广泛、属环保型产品,但因当时“环保”、“低碳”意识不强,所以没有及时进行市场推广。环保型“净水剂”诞生后,科研小组又于二零零二年研制出绿色食品必须使用的“有机肥”。近年来,随着国民经济的提高,市场对环保产品、新型建材、有机肥的需求越来越多。但也正是因为如此,不可再生引用水减少、污水的不断排放、土地(矿产)资源的开采,引起了全人类的重视,国家先后对《环境保护法》、《国土地法》、《水法》等与民生有关的法律、法规予以颁发或修订,市场对环保、建材、绿色食品的要求也越来越高。硅藻土综合利用开发项目,包括
