1、甘肃省工信委2014年工业和信息化工作要点 为落实省委经济工作会议、全省工业经济改革创新工作电视电话会议及全国工业和信息化工作会议精神，做好2014年的工业和信息化工作，提出如下意见。一、2013年工作2013年，在错综复杂的宏观环境下，全省工业和信息化总体保持了较快发展。预计规模以上工业完成增加值增长15%左右，工业固定资产投资增长27%左右，承接产业转移引进资金到位额增长30%，信息产业主营业务收入增长16%以上，万元工业增加值用水量下降6.1%，淘汰落后产能510万吨。 （一）把保增长作为首要任务，综合施策应对经济下行压力。采取支持规模以下企业入规、建成项
2、目达产达标、帮助企业开拓市场、保障重点生产要素等措施，有300户工业企业进入规模以上，558个建成项目新增工业增加值120多亿元，停产半停产企业占高载能企业比重由最高时的45%下降到39%，新增原油加工量46万吨。全省120个续建重大项目中使用本省水泥占到86%，使用钢材占到50%以上。省外调入煤炭3600万吨，增长27.66%。实现发电量1180亿千瓦时、用电量1070亿千瓦时，分别增长6.6%和7.7%，外送电量127亿千瓦时。铁路货物发送量完成6300万吨，成品油和天然气供应稳定。岷县漳县灾后重建建材保障平稳有序。管道、军工和民爆企业安全生产形势良好。ay
