1、生态文明建设案例及经验总结张玉军（甘肃煤田地质局综合普查队，甘肃天水741002）摘要：实施山川秀美工程，加强生态建设与保护，是树立和落实科学发展观的要求。海南省在生态省建设中不断优化产业布局，引导发展生态产业，坚定走绿色发展之路。按照“不污染环境、不破坏资源、不搞低水平重复建设”的原则，严把环境准入关，在保护生态环境的基础上，因地制宜发展“绿色资源”开发、生态旅游等产业，把生态优势转为经济优势，实现经济与生态和谐发展。陕西省吴起县委、县政府大胆做出实施“封山退耕、植树种草、舍饲养羊、林牧主导、强农富民”的逆向开发战略决策，
2、首开全国封山禁牧之先河。实践证明，封山禁牧不但没有限制畜牧业发展，反而有力促进了畜牧业的更大发展，并让发展经济的过程同时成为生态修复的过程。一个是位于祖国南疆生态条件先天优越的海南省，一个是地处祖国内陆生态条件先天不足的陕西省吴起县，各自从实际出发，走出一条生态文明建设良好的路子，他们的成功经验无疑值得深思和借鉴。关键词：科学发展观，海南省，因地制宜，和谐发展，陕西省吴起县，生态文明，成功经验EcologicalcivilizationconstructioncasesandlessonslearnedZhangYujun(
