3、Officeissuednoticesofmeetings;Projectmanagerfacilitatesthereviewmeeting,scheduledcontentunderreview;QualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsiblefortherecords,thepreparationofthereviewreportandcorrectiveactionplan,representativeofthemanagementauditoftheproject,approved
4、bytheprojectmanager;QualitycontrolDepartmentisresponsibleforthepreparationofrecordsandreportsthedistributionlist,orpublishtotheInternetbyengineeringpartoftheprojectstaffanddepartments.OrganizedbythequalitycontrolDepartmentisresponsiblefortrackingtheimplementati
5、onofcorrectivemeasuresinspections.3.4.5theoutputfromthemanagementreviewshallincludethefollowingelements:theeffectivenessandsuitabilityofthequalitymanagementsystem,whetheritbemaintainedandrevised;Qualitypolicyandqualityobjectivesareachievedandtomeetcustomerrequi
