1、新形势下罪犯改造方法探究摘要：我国监狱工作的永恒主题是改造人。如何科学、有效地改造罪犯，真正提高罪犯的改造质量，实现罪犯改造工作的科学化，是是新时期每一名监狱工作者面临的挑战和亟待研究的课题。对各监狱在改造实践中探索的罪犯改造新方法、新途径进行调查研究，将其进行总结、梳理、分类并加以理论化提升，是促进提高监狱教育改造质量，降低刑释人员重新犯罪率的有效途径。因此，深入研究，着力创建罪犯改造方法体系是新时期每一名监狱工作者面临的挑战和亟待研究的课题。 关键词：罪犯改造方法新形势教育一对罪犯进行教育改造应该包涵的内容（一）围绕“首要标准”全面贯彻落
2、实《教育改造罪犯纲要》。按照省局的指示精神，认真组织广大民警认真学习“首要标准”，使广大民警充分认识贯彻落实“首要标准”的重要意义，明确教育改造罪犯的指导思想、基本目标、基本原则以及主要内容和要求。在认真学习领会的基础上，着力推进教育改造工作的四个转变：教育改造工作格局由教育部门单一向齐抓共管、齐施其责的“大教育”转变；由传统的“三课教育”向管理、学习、劳动、生活等综合施教转变；教育改造的模式由封闭向开放式社会化教育转变；教育改造手段由依赖传统经验向依赖科研和运用现代科技方向转变。对教育改造工作要提出更高的标准、更严格要求，制定更科学、更严格的
