1、摘要本系统是一个基于RS-485总线的转速表系统。系统的硬件由单片机、键盘和数码管显示模块构成。本设计主要是把变频器回传的数据读取出来,传送给单片机进行处理转换,然后通过数码管显示出来,并可以随着电机转速的变化实时通过数码管显示出来,直观的反映出来,便于读取转速和其他数据.在工业现场当中,所有的生产设备基本上都是一个信息孤岛,所有的信息只是在设备当中使用没有与外界进行信息交换,自动化程度较低.如果能够使得生产设备进行信息数据相互交换,那么自动化程度将大大提高。在工业自动化控制系统中,最为常见的是PLC和变频器的组合应用,并且产生了多种多样的PLC控制变频器的方法,其中采用RS-48
