1、油封钢圈拉深模具毕业设计摘要本设计为油封钢圈拉深模具设计,油封钢圈是固定油封并使油封有足够密封空间的一种冲压件。查询阅读阅相关的书籍资料然后再根据零件的尺寸、材料、生产批量等的要求,分析零件的工艺性。最终得出使用集落料拉深冲孔的复合型模具制造该零件,才能最大的提高生产效率和保证产品的质量。设计当中首先分析零件的工艺性后确定排样和裁板,计算压力中心和所需的冲压力后再选择压力机,然后计算凸、凹的零部件和最终的设计选择所需模具刃口尺寸及公差后就对压力机进行校核,选择所需要标准件后绘制模具装配图。在结构设计
