1、卫生部关于印发《医院管理评价指南（2008版）》的通知各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局，新疆生产建设兵团卫生局，部直属有关单位，部属部管医院：   为贯彻落实党的十七大精神，科学、准确、客观评价医院，指导医院加强内涵建设，不断提高医院管理水平，为人民群众提供安全、有效、方便、价廉的医疗服务，在总结《医院管理评价指南（试行）》（以下简称《评价指南（试行）》）实施3年来经验的基础上，我部组织对《评价指南（试行）》进行了修订。现将《医院管理评价指南（2008年版）》（以下简称《评价指南（2008年版）》）印

2、发给你们，请认真贯彻落实。   《评价指南（2008年版）》是建立我国医院管理评价指标体系的重要基础，医院管理评价指标体系是国家医疗质量保障与持续改进体系的重要组成部分。《评价指南（2008年版）》重点适用于三级综合医院，各省、自治区、直辖市可以根据本辖区实际情况，在《评价指南（2008年版）》的基础上，建立本辖区不同级别、不同类别医院管理评价指标体系，并将有关工作情况及时报我部。我部将在各省、自治区、直辖市医院管理评价工作实践的基础上，不断修订《评价指南（2008年版）》，逐步建立和完善我国医院
