2、作，更能加强企业的核心竞争力，最终给企业带来更好的经济效益。在本论文中，首先提出了一家从事软件开发的企业所面临的问题，然后在学习与研究管理信息系统、Delphi开发技术、第三方控件ExpressQuantumGrid、数据库技术、事务处理、CS模式等的基础上,根据仓库管理的具体业务流程，进行问题的分析和定义，从而得出一个有效的解决方案，并且给出了系统的设计模型和功能分析。最后结合实际实现软件公司资金资产管理系统—仓库管理模块的开发。该系统的特殊点在于使用了功能强大的第三方控件ExpressQuantumGrid。关键词：信息管理系统，Delphi，ExpressQuantumG
