2、B组),阳性对照组(C组),200mg骨蛋白组(D组),100mg骨蛋白组(E组),50mg骨蛋白组(F组).A组大鼠灌胃2.5ml/d生理盐水,其它各组大鼠2.5ml/(kg?d)肌肉注射地塞米松,2次/周,共6周造成骨质疏松模型.之后,A和B组灌胃5ml/d生理盐水,C组灌胃300ms/(kg?d)接骨7厘片,D,E,F组分别灌胃200ms/(kg?d),100ms/(kg?d),50ms/(kg?d)猪骨蛋白.12周后取血测AKP和OST水平.结果:c,D,E,F组AKP和OST水平均比B组明显降低(P<0.05).结论:猪
