1、全国稀有金属学术交流会论文集基于碱性萃取技术的钨湿法冶金清洁生产新工艺张贵清1,2剃,关文娟1,2,肖连生1,2,张启修1,2(1.中南大学冶金与环境学院,长沙410083;2.中南大学难冶有色金属资源高效利用国家工程实验室,长沙410083)摘要:介绍了基于碱性萃取技术的钨湿法冶金清洁生产新工艺的原理、流程和特点,以及新工艺连续运转扩大试验和工业试验结果。结果表明:季铵盐碱性萃取技术适应性广,不仅能处理钨矿苏打高压浸出液,而且能处理钨矿苛眭钠浸出液;碱性萃取过程运行稳定,萃取过程不仅能在转型的同时除去P、As、Si、Sn等杂质,而且萃余液可直接或经适当处理后返回浸出,
