1、学号:常州大学毕业设计(论文)(2012届)题目学生学院专业班级校内指导教师专业技术职务校外指导老师专业技术职务二○一二年六月VII双馈电动机调速控制系统的设计与仿真摘要:目前,风机、水泵是国民经济中应用广泛的生产设备,广泛地应用于电力、水处理、供水、城市供热、冶金矿产、港口机械、石油化工等工业领域,耗电量很大,几乎占工业耗电量的一半。目前,大多数风机、水泵都采用阀门或档板来调节流量以满足负荷变化的要求,或使用低效调速方法,浪费电能严重。本文在客观分析风机、泵类负载调速技术发展现状的基础上,针对传统串级调速系统功率因数低的问题,结合双馈电动机节能调速的具体实
2、际,对斩波式串级调速系统的设计方案进行了详细讨论,分析并计算了系统各环节的参数及系统的机械特性。设计了双馈电机的斩波式串级调速系统。调速系统采用绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)作为直流斩波器,并使用了采用转速、电流双闭环控制。系统能通过控制斩波器的占空比来改变电机转子回路的附加电势,从而达到调速的目的。关键词:双馈电机;串级调速;斩波;MATLAB仿真VIIDoublefedinductionmotorspeedcontrolsystemdesignandsimulationAbstract:Atpresent,fans,pumpsarewidelyusedi
