1、II基于ASP技术的小区物业管理系统摘要小区物业管理系统是现代居住小区不可缺少的一部分。它可以提升小区的管理水平，使小区的日常管理更加方便。建立现代的智能小区是物业管理发展的方向。本系统作为管理信息系统的开发案例，利用ADO进行数据库的操作,SQLServer2000作为后台数据库系统,并借助于ASP建立基于Internet/Intranet的Web数据库应用。本系统包括四大功能模块，我主要完成的是住户管理模块、设备管理模块和相关的后台数据库架构。使用本系统可以实现对小区内部住户的基本信息有个了解，方便物业人员对住户的管理；设备管理功能的实现使的小区内所有的设备有了简便快捷的管理，大大提高
