1、2016届土木工程毕业设计论文摘要本次设计的题目是西北电子商务中心办公楼设计。本工程为六层框架结构办公楼，共有建筑面积6612.82平方米，建筑高度为25.2米，层高均为3.60米，冻土深度为0.35米，依照设计的使用年限为50年，建筑防火分类为一类，耐火等级为二级。建筑物抗震设防烈度：7度（0.15g）一组,场地类别为Ⅱ类。设计首先进行建筑设计，确定纵向柱距为7.8m。在建筑设计中首先应确定建筑的平面布置。在平面布置时应考虑建筑总体规划和周边地形的影响。接着应完成立面设计及剖面设计。结构部分包括电算和手算两部分。电算首先使用
