3、ehavedescribedtheprocessparametersandthemechanicalandelectricaldesignwhichmustbeachievedinordertoensuretherealizationoftheprocess.Itisdividedintothreeaspects:First,heatingUniformheatingisanimportantfactoroftoughenedglass,andheatingparametersrelatedtotheuppertemperature,lowertemperature,
4、heatingpower,heatingtime,temperatureadjustment,balancingdevice,forcedconvection(thermalcyclingwind)device.1,theupperandlowertemperaturesettingsBecauseofthedifferentthicknessofglass,thesettingofheatingtemperatureisalsodifferent.Theprincipleisthatthethinnertheglassis,thehigherthetemperatu
