7、泽·翠屏湾项目位于海南省琼海市嘉积镇万泉河南路与豪华路交汇处东南侧，东侧规划有爱海路，该工程地基基础采用大直径嵌岩冲孔灌注桩，桩径φ800，以中等风化砂岩为持力层。本工程一期占地面积为51954.42m2，其中一期开发2—5#楼，均为17层普通住宅，无地下室，建筑面积约：40165.12m2。3、现场地质条件分析本工程拟建建筑基础普遍为浅基础，开挖深度一般为2—3米，现有原地面标高为11.00米，设计桩顶标高8.90米，本工程地下土质及水文情况如下：表1.1所示综合地层柱状剖面表1.1地层地层代号层序号厚度范围值(m)厚度平均值(m)层顶
