2、目管理规范》（4）《金属与石材幕墙工程技术规范》JCJl33-2001（5）《西安市建筑工程施工安全操作规程》DBJ01-62-2002（6）《建筑安装分项工程施工工艺规程》DBJ/T01-26-2003二、工程概况1、建设单位：长庆石油勘探局陕西油气勘探开发基地2、监理单位：西安普迈建设监理有限公司3、设计单位：北京世纪安泰建筑工程设计有限公司4、总包单位：通州建总集团有限公司5、长庆专家公寓外立面，因为时间久远，风吹日晒，原墙面装饰破损、老化，经与建设方沟通，在不影响原有墙面结构的情况下，重新施工石材幕墙、全玻璃幕墙、无框地弹门、屋面钢结构装饰格栅
