1、一、工程概况1.1工程简介：徐州**售楼中心项目系由徐州**有限公司开发的楼盘项目，售楼中心按设计要求需要进行外墙节能工程施工。1.2设计概况：本项目为涂料饰面外保温项目，设计要求为40、50mm厚XPS聚苯板外墙外保温系统，采用在XPS板上敷设耐碱玻纤网格布、锚固件锚固方案。外保温系统完成后符合外饰涂料的强度及平整度要求。1.3工程特点：1.3.1工程施工技术性强。苯板的粘结采用条粘法，有效粘结面积≥70%以上。外墙外保温工程目前大多采用点粘法粘贴聚苯板，为保证施工质量，本工程拟采用条粘法施工。要求施工人员技术熟练、施工规范，工程施工管理到位。1.3.

2、2工程质量要求标准高。目前，外保温工程多采用EPS，采用增强耐碱玻纤网格布加强，外保温XPS施工极少，国家相关标准没有具体规范要求，为保证施工质量，需对施工质量、材料质量高标准、严要求。1.4施工环境及现场要求：1.4.1气候条件。施工地点环境温度不低于50C，风力不大于5级，雨天不可施工。夏天施工，避免阳光直射；必要时搭设防晒布遮挡。突降雨水，应采取有效措施防护墙面。1.4.2基层墙体。玺悦龙城外保温工程基层墙体是混凝土、砖墙，外装饰面要求涂料，基于此要求在基层做找平层，可更好地控制质量，减少不必要的浪费；找平层材料采用1：3水泥砂浆为20mm厚：强度
