1、区林业局深入学习实践科学发展观活动整改落实方案按照区委统一部署，为巩固学习实践科学发展观活动成果，切实解决影响和制约我区林业科学发展的突出问题，根据局领导班子分析检查报告提出的突出问题和群众提出的意见、建议，经局党组研究，特制定本方案。一、指导思想以科学发展观为指导，以局领导班子学习实践科学发展观分析检查报告为依据，以明确整改落实事项、目标、责任、时限、措施和作出公开承诺的“五明确、一承诺”为要求，以“推进林业科学发展，构建和谐富裕林区”为主题，解放思想，实事求是，着力转变不适应、不符合科学发展观的思想观念，着力解决影响和制约林业科学发展的突出问题以及党员干部党性党风党纪方
2、面群众反映强烈的突出问题，着力完善有利于林业科学发展的管理体制机制，把科学发展观贯彻落实到林业工作的各个方面。二、整改项目和分类在第二阶段通过广泛征求意见和深刻剖析，我局领导班子共征集建议意见63条，对这些建议意见进行归纳、整理、综合为13项问题，并梳理为A、B、C三大类：A类为通过前段时间边学边改已具备了一定的工作基础，正在或即将解决落实的问题；B类为通过认真研究创造条件，能够得到解决落实的问题；C类为条件尚未成熟，需要进一步调查研究，积极争取才能逐步解决的问题。三、整改事项、目标、责任、期限和措施lowrotor,untilrotorofweightbysteamend
