1、玉山镇中心学校减轻学生课业负担实施方案为全面贯彻党的教育方针，推进素质教育，贯彻实施《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》，严格执行和落实《陕西省人民政府办公厅关于规范中小学办学行为推进素质教育的意见》，认真落实蓝田县教育局和镇中心校会议精神，进一步减轻学生课业负担，特制定本方案。一、指导思想切实落实各级教育主管部门关于减轻学生课业负担的文件精神；转变教育观念，推进基础教育课程改革实验，树立实施素质教育的思想；各科室密切配合，齐抓共管、标本兼治；从实际出发，分阶段、有重点地大力推进；完善对减负工作的管理，加强领导和监督，切实把学
