5、关于消防安全专项整治工作实施方案一、工程概况沈海高速公路复线莆田仙游至南安金淘泉州段A1合同段起点位于虎头山（K115+398.869）顺接沈海高速公路复线仙游段，设广桥1#大桥跨龙华溪支流、X304，沿山边展线至寺浦，沿山边展线，尔后穿白石格隧道，穿泉州罗溪省级森林公园规划区至本合同段终点（K120+190.000隧道内），线路全长4.791公里。二、编制依据按照《泉州市交通运输委员会关于印发消防安全专项整治方案的通知》的要求，结合项目施工的实际情况，特制定本实施方案。三、消防安全专项实施方案(一)指导思相以科学发展观为指导，贯彻落实“安全第一，预防为主，综合治理”的方针，坚持以人为
