7、fetyprogramsanddepartmentsdealingwiththeformationofurbanspatial25本工程为住宅楼地下车库。楼间绿地以下，为地下一层单建掘开式人防工程。平时为小型汽车停车库，设停车位369个，采用倒进顺出垂直停车方式。共设7个直通室外的人员安全出入口，两个汽车坡道出入口。本工程平时设火灾自动报警系统、自动喷淋灭火系统、消火栓灭火系统、给排水系统、配电照明系统、机械进排风排烟系统。本工程耐火等级为一级，设三个防火分区，为六个防烟分区，防火分类为一类。本工程防水等级为二级，采

8、用钢筋混凝土自防水（C30、S6），外围两层1.5厚PET湿铺专用型聚酯复合防水卷材。本工程采用钢筋混凝土板柱结构，顶板上覆土1.5~2.2米，±0.000相当于绝对高程值3.30m。本工程长229.75m，宽123m，总占地面积11383.6m²，总建筑面积11083.6m²(不包含坡道敞开段)，坡道敞开段建筑面积300m²。本工程内部砌体采
