1、高等教育管理干部专题研修班学习心得体会篇一：赴武汉大学干部专题研修班培训心得赴武汉大学干部专题研修班培训心得满怀对知识的渴求、对名校的仰慕、对学术大师的崇敬，我参加了在武汉大学组织的领导干部专题研修班学习，真实地融入到武大的校园，真切地感受到武大的魅力。一流的师资、一流的学风，让我饱享知识大餐，意犹未尽。一周的学习，我认真聆听了各位大师的精心讲授，学习日子令人难忘，感想颇多、收获满满，使我增长了见识，拓宽了视野，启迪了思路，激发了思维，找准了差距，明确了学习方向。现结合个人的学习收获谈几点心得体会。体会一：增长见识，拓宽视野，提升了创新力。来到美丽的武大校园后，

2、自己及时调整心态，转变角色，虚心学习，完成由办公桌到课桌、由做到听的转移。此次培训的内容、形式、时间等都提前作了细致的安排，课程设置科学合理，既有宏观分析又有局部解剖；既有理论概述又有案例分析；既重视课堂讲授又注重实践考察；既有政治经济知识的学习又有人文修养的提升。在一周的时间里，我认真聆听了周叶中教授的《以党的十八大精神为指导organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumberofmunicipalstrengtheninggrouptobuildinnovationandstrengthentheorg
