7、公司湖北分公司东西湖电信生产运营中心（一期）项目塔式起重机多塔作业安全防范专项施工方案一、工程及塔机概况中国电信股份有限公司湖北分公司东西湖电信生产运营中心（一期）项目位于武汉市东西湖区金银湖商务城（银湖中路东、碧海花园南），武汉江城监理公司，中建三局第二建设工程有限公司承建。工程由一个大型综合体和地下室组成，建筑面积12.3万平方米，最大高度约45米。为了满足现场施工进度的要求，依据现场桩基布置图及平面布置图，拟安装塔机2台QTZ63型塔机用于主体结构施工。塔机均由武汉武建建筑设备有限公司租赁及安装服务。塔机其主要性能如下表：编号型号最大起重力矩工作半径
