6、/T1495.5-2003月U舌丁B/11495《弹条工型扣件》分为五个部分:—第1部分:组装和配置;—第2部分:弹条;—第3部分:轨距挡板;—第4部分:平垫圈;—第5部分:弹条工型,II型扣件挡板座本部分为TB/1'1495的第5部分。本部分代替TB/'1'1495.5-1992《弹条I扣件挡板座》。本部分与TB/1'1495.5-1992相比,主要变化如下:—适用范围中增加了n型扣件挡板座(见第1章);—增加了必要的规范性引用文件(见第2章);—修改了挡板座材料技术要求和挡板座产品试验方法(见第4章、第5章);—增加了产
7、品型式试验的技术要求和试验方法(见4.2.5,4.2.9,5.10,5.11)本部分由铁道部经济规划研究院提出并归口。本部分由铁道科学研究院金属及化学研究所起草本部分主要起草人:陈国生。TB/'r1495.5-2003引言弹条工、II型扣件挡板座所使用原材料有尼龙6(聚酞胺6)和高强增韧复合材料(改性尼龙66和改性尼龙6)两类,现场反映在小半径区间、寒冷地区、极干旱地区使用尼龙6挡板座普遍发生脆裂。究其原因有尼龙挡板座后处理工艺的问题,但其根本是尼龙6材质特性所定。本标准推荐采用高强增韧复合材料技术性能,适用于弹条工、n型扣
8、件挡板座。高强增韧复合材料弹条工型扣件挡板座是铁道部科研项目,于1992年通过铁道部科技成果鉴定,1993年列人铁道部示范性推广计划。该产品通过检测部门和现场使用,一致反映具有强度高、韧性好、抗冲击、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长等特点,尤其具有耐高、低温性能和良好的绝缘、阻燃性能,是工务系统更新换代
