1、高精度高刚度静压轴承的设计毕业设计(论文)摘要静压轴承是滑动轴承的一种,是利用压力泵将压力润滑剂强行泵入轴承和轴之间的微小间隙的滑动轴承。静压轴承和滚动轴承相比,它的振动小,加工工作表面精度要求高而且它回转轻巧,空气粘度低,摩擦小,发热和变形也小,适用于高速、高精度的场合。而且它耐寒耐热,具有独特的干净和方便特性,对环境无污染,其无需考虑密封问题。本文为了使主轴部件适合超精密切削加工的要求,研究了多种高精度高刚度流体静压轴承。首先,分析了超精密机床对主轴系统的要求,并根据超精密加工切削力的大小进行主轴刚度分析。同时研究了驱动电机类型和驱动方式的选
2、择原则。其次,给出了小孔节流型液体静压和气体静压轴承的工程计算方法,并分别计算液体静压径向和止推轴承以及气体静压径向和止推轴承的承载能力和刚度。同时简要介绍了新型多孔质气体静压轴承。最后,根据上述研究成果,给出了三种流体静压轴承的优缺点,为超精密机床主轴箱的选择提供了重要依据。关键词:静压轴承;高精度;高刚度;主轴51毕业设计(论文)AbstractHydrostaticbearingisaslidingbearing,istheuseofapressurepumppumpsthepressurelubricantintothebearingan

6、ytypeandthedrivetypeselectionprinciple.Next,hasproducedtheeyeletreducingexpensesliquidstaticpressureandthegasstaticpressurebearingengineeringcalculationmethod,andseparatelycalculatestheliquidstaticpressureradialdirectionandthethrustbearingaswellasthegasstaticpressureradialdir
