6、entoftransactionswiththeBank;22,is青州市小型农田水利重点县建设项目2010年，我市紧紧抓住中央强化和支持小型农村水利建设与发展的良好机遇，认真贯彻财政部、水利部集中资金全面开展小型农田水利重点县建设的战略部署，以稳步提高农业综合生产能力支撑现代农业发展为目标，以县级农田水利建设规划为依托，着力开展小型农田水利重点县项目建设。通过打机井、铺管道、挖排水沟、建桥涵、安装射频卡、喷灌带、微喷头等，有效地改善了项目区生产生活条件。工程自开工以来，在地方政府及各部门领导和社会各界的关心支持下，项目建设进展顺利，圆满完成了工程建设任务，达到了
7、工程设计要求，使建设工程发挥了良好的效益。一、项目建设基本情况青州市2010年小型农田水利重点县建设项目，以何官镇北部粮食主产区和青州市特色农业花卉发展区为建设区域，涉及何官、黄楼、弥河3个镇、街道，建设规模为3.5万亩，其中何官项目区以新建机井灌区高效节水灌溉工程为内容，灌溉面积3万亩；弥河项目区为新建机井管灌、喷灌高效节水灌溉工程为内容，灌溉面积0.3万亩；黄楼项目区以远距离调水喷灌工程为主要内容，灌溉面积0.2万亩。工程于2010年11月开工，2011年1月底完成工程建设任务。11isresponsibleforOrganizationtraining,an
