1、政府发[2015]X号农机安全生产实施方案各村委会：今年全镇农机安全生产工作的总体思路是：以党的十八届三、四中全会精神为指导，以党的群众路线教育实践活动为契机，以学习、宣传、贯彻《农业机械安全监督管理条例》为主线，牢固树立“以人为本、安全发展、依法监理、科技兴安”的监理理念，全面落实市、县农机安全监理工作会议精神，全面落实农机安全生产责任制，扎实开展“平安农机”创建、“为民服务创先争优”示范窗口创建和农机安全监理规范化建设活动，加大执法监控和对违法违章行为的查处力度，坚决预防和杜绝重特大农机事故，保持
