1、云南省元江县2013年国家农业综合开发高标准农田建设示范工程项目可行性研究报告4水资源评价及供需平衡分析4.1灌区水资源概况灌区地处低海拔的元江河谷中，四周地表各河流向河谷汇集，过境河流元江穿河谷而过，灌区地表水资源极为丰富。主要河流有清水河、南溪河、控制径流面积合计为746.6km2,灌区多年平均径流量达32776万m3（见表4－1）。灌区多年平均降水量为786.2mm，其中5至10月降水量与全年的79.6%，枯季11月至次年4月降水量较少，为全年降水量的20.4%，降水在年内分配极为不平衡。灌区用水主要从清水河、南溪河引水，分别通过漫漾大沟等引到灌区边缘，拟建灌区耕地分布高程均低

3、计可供水量为4257万m3，现状实际可供水量为3908.1万m3。其中：章巴水库控制径流面积36km2，水库大坝为均质土坝，坝高74m，总库容2338.3万m3，兴利库容2053.3万m3，防洪库容180万m3，死库容70.5万m3；乌布鲁水库控制径流面积13.4km2，水库大坝为均质土坝，坝高35m，总库容825.2万m3，兴利库容775.6万m3，防洪库容69.2万m3，死库容40.1万m3；南掌水库控制径流面积8km2，水库大坝为均质土坝，坝高44mplanning,andgovernmentfinancing,andwholevillagerelocation,andfirs
