2、工、验收及运行维护。不适用于抽真空保温结构的直埋蒸汽管道。直埋蒸汽管道的设计、施工、验收和运行管理，除应符合本规程外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。 ★Summary: In order to unify techno-requirement in the design, construction, acceptance and running management of directly buried steam heating pipeline, insure engineering quality, and live up to economic and reasonable, 

3、safety and suitable, we constitute this specification. This specification is applicable to the design, construction, acceptance and running maintenance of the directly buried steam heating pipeline, whose working press does not exceed 1.6MPa，and temperature is not more than 350. The directly buri

4、ed steam heating pipeline that has vacuumized heat preservation structure can not be checked and accepted by this specification. Except for this specification, the design, construction, checking to accept and running management of directly buried steam heating pipeline also should accord to the o

5、ther respect standards, which is being enforced at present.  总则 1.0.1 为在直埋蒸汽管道的设计、施工、验收和运行管理中统一技术要求，确保工程质量，做到经济合理、安全适用，制定本规程。 1.0.2 本规程适用于工作压力小于或等于1.6MPa，温度小于或等于350℃，直接埋地敷设的保温蒸汽管道的设计、施工、验收及运行维护。不适用于抽真空保温结构的直埋蒸汽管道。 1.0.3 直埋蒸汽管道的设计、施工、验收和运行管理，除应符合本规程外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。 2 术语 2.0.1 直埋蒸汽管道 directly bur

6、ied steam pipeline  直接埋设于土层中输送蒸汽的预制保温管道。   2.0.2 工作管 working pipe  在直埋蒸汽保温管结构中，用于输送蒸汽的钢管。 2.0.3 外护管outer protective pipe  保温层外抵抗外力和环境对保温材料的破坏和影响，具有足够机械强度和可靠防水性能的套管。2.0.4 防腐层 antiseptic layer  为防止钢质外护管腐蚀而在其外表面覆盖并紧密结合的材料层。 2.0.5 保温管补口 heat preservation pipe patch cut  直埋蒸汽管道连接处的保温层、外护管及防腐层的接口处理。 2.

7、0.6 排潮管 drain off moisture pipe  排除工作管与外护管之间水汽的导管。 2.0.7 内固定支座 inside fixed support  在钢质外护管的直埋蒸汽管道中，保证工作管与外护管间不发生相对位移的管路附件。 2.0.8 外固定支座 outside fixed support  在钢质外护管的直埋蒸汽管道中，保证外护管与固定墩间不发生相对位移的管路附件。 2.0.9 内外固定支座 inside
