4、·················································⋯⋯5TB/T3104-2005月U青本标准由中国南车集团戚墅堰机车车辆工艺研究所提出并归口。本标准起草单位:中国南车集团戚墅堰机车车辆工艺研究所、铁道科学研究院机车车辆研究所、哈尔滨铁路局西鸡西机务段、铁道科学研究院金属及化学研究所、中国北车集团大连机车车辆有限公司。本标准主要起草人:钱坤才、王京波、张全惠、何忠、陈宁。本标准为首次发布。TB/T3104-2005机车用铸铁闸瓦范围本标准规定了铁道机车用铸铁闸瓦(以下简称闸瓦)的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志及运输。本标准
