7、录D、附录E、附录F和附录G都是标准的附录。本标准由戚墅堰机车车辆工艺研究所提出并归口。本标准起草单位:戚墅堰机车车辆工艺研究所、铁道部科学研究院金属及化学研究所。本标准主要起草人:黄永巍、黎连修、陆宣国、姚荣文、郑莉莉。TB/'T2995-2000ISO前言国际标准化组织(简称ISO)是由世界各国标准化机构(IS(〕成员团体)组成的世界性联合组织。国际标准的制定工作通常由ISO的各技术委员会制定。各成员国若对某技术委员会确立的标准项目感兴趣,均有权派代表参加该委员会的工作。与ISO保持联系的政府或非政府的国

8、际组织,也可参加有关工作。在电工技术标准化方面,ISO与IEC(国际电工委员会)保持密切的合作关系。由技术委员会正式通过的国际标准草案需提交各成员国表决。国际标准的正式通过需至少有75%参加表决的成员国的投票认可。国际标准ISO5948由技术委员会ISO/IC17《钢》,分技术委员会SC13<铁道机车车辆材料》制定。经过技术修改,ISO5948第2版取消并代替第I版(ISO5948:1981)0中华
