7、由北京中建建筑科学技术研究院会同有关单位对1956年国务院制定的《建筑安装工程安全技术规程》（[56]国议周字第40号）进行修订而成。在修订过程中，2001年月我国批准国际劳工组织（ILO）的167号公约—《建筑业安全卫生公约》，为与之接轨，本标准经反复修改而审查定稿。本规范主要规定的内容有：工地建设、土石方作业、高处作业、脚手架、模板、施工用电、施工机具、垂直运输机械、起重吊装、建筑拆除。本规范将来可能需要局部修订，有关局部修订的信息和条文内容将刊登在《工程建设标准化》杂志上。本规范以黑体书写的条文是强制性条文，必须严格执行。为了提高标准质量，请各单位在执行本标
